Belong Circles
Goal Launch Fall 2026
Belong Circles are small-group learning modules built entirely around social interaction. In a circle, there's no front of the room-everyone has an equal seat. Through real conversation, shared experiences, and doing life alongside one another, members develop workplace, life, an social skills naturally. Not because they were taught to, but because they were together. Belong Circle are where growth happens the way it always has- in relationships.
Every arm of Called to Belong is rooted in the same conviction:
that social connection isn't preparation for community-it is community.

Belong Works

Belong Works is where community connection happens in real time. Through social gatherings and community-wide events, adults with intellectual differences grow their workplace readiness and social confidence—not through a curriculum, but by showing up, doing things together, and being part of something. The learning is real because the relationships are real.
Belong on Purpose
Growing alongside our mission from day one
Belonging doesn't stop at our doors. Belong on Purpose takes the Called to Belong philosophy into the broader community through speaking engagements, inclusion initiatives, and partnerships with organizations ready to build cultures where every person genuinely belongs. We don't just advocate for inclusion—we help communities understand what it looks, feels, and sounds like when it's real. Because the community is richer when everyone truly belongs in it.
Belong Cafe
We are working toward a permanent home for the Belong Cafe. More than a space, it is a community built around a counter. A space where adults with intellectual differences work alongside one another, develop on-the-job skills, and are known by name. Every unique ability is celebrated. A place where people belong to something, and that sense of ownership changes everything.
